Bioinformatician

Genetwister Technologies is looking for a skilled bioinformatician to join its bioinformatics team in Wageningen,The Netherlands. The bioinformatician will focus on data analysis and implementation of analysis pipelines for data coming from a variety of high throughput sequencing platforms to support genome analysis, marker discovery, sequence-based genotyping and annotation of plant genomes. Discussions of analytical approaches with scientists from other departments at Genetwister and evaluation of results in a biological context will be a significant part of the job.
