Scientist Bioinformatics

Genetwister Technologies is looking for an experienced scientist bioinformatics
to join our bioinformatics team in Wageningen, The Netherlands.
The scientist bioinformatics will focus on data analysis and implementation of
analysis pipelines for data coming from a variety of high throughput
sequencing platforms to support genome analysis, marker discovery,
sequence-based genotyping and annotation of plant genomes.
In-depth discussions of analytical approaches with scientists from other
expertise teams at Genetwister and evaluation of results in a biological context
will be a significant part of the job.

Financial Controller (0,6 fte)

The Financial Controller is responsible for project administration, invoicing,
accounting, accounts receivable, and declarations of taxes.
The Financial Controller also reviews financial data, prepares (monthly) management
reports, financial statements and financial projections.
In addition, you will assist the Head of Finance, the management team and
project leaders with (project) budget processes and cost control.
You will provide the management team with relevant information and expectations
to aid in decision making.

(Junior) Backend Software Developer

The Backend Software Developer is a member of our Bioinformatics & Software
Development team that performs research activities by applying
cutting-edge technologies to analyze and visualize complex bioinformatics data.
As a software developer with a focus on backend, you will be responsible for the design
and implementation of user requirements in a service-based distributed architecture.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team of software developers, bioinformaticians
and system administrator and report to the head of the Bioinformatics & Software Development team.

Senior Software Developer (Backend)

The Senior Software Developer (Backend) is a member of our software development
group that performs research activities by applying cutting-edge technologies to
analyze and visualize complex bioinformatics data.
As a software developer with a focus on backend, you will be responsible for the design

You will have also the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of
software development at Genetwister.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team of software developers, bioinformaticians and
system administrator and report to the head of the software development team.
