CROPaware is a web based tool developed by the Software Development Group at Genetwister that integrates different type of data formats and sources used by breeders to support their decisions in the new development of crop varieties. Sequence data, marker calling data, genotypes, annotations are examples of data sources that the user can explore in CROPaware.
The platform also offer a set of data analysis features which allow users to do compare reference genomes, search for genetic variances between group of samples, genome-wide association analysis and others.
