At Genetwister, we apply semantic web technologies like graph databases and RDF repositories, to connect items from the different domains in the genetics and genomics field. This allows us to obtain extra information by establishing links between genotypes, phenotypes, traits and markers, even if they belong to different experiments and/or populations.
